Filling and capping machine B3-VRB/3 is destined for filling of soft drinks, mineral waters, beer and kvass by "level" into bottles with capacity from 250 to 500 cm3 and their capping by crown lids of "Screw" type in lines with productivity to 6000 bottles in hour. Operated thyristor drive, controlled starting and brake characteristic of engine of direct current offers to afford fair setting in motion and machine's braking in the time of stops, non- stepped control of its productivity. Machine is supplied by a mechanism of liquid froth extinguishing, affording to bottle heavily-frothing drinks. Machines are completed by electronic and pneumatic systems of leading Western companies: Danfoss, Shneider Electric, Camozzi, Omron, Lenze, Telemecanique, Motovario, Siemens.
