The machine is developed for lines of filling of food liquors. The machine is intended for visual inspection of food liquors in continuously moving bottles turned upside down, glass or PET, with the purpose of detection of extraneous inclusions, check of integrity of bottles and qualities of their corking.
Removal of bottles in a line of the rejected bottles is made by the operator - by pressing the special button located in the carrier. The drive is carried out from the electric motor. With machine the little table with funnels for washout of a product from the rejected bottles is delivered, the transporter for tap{removal} of the rejected bottles is at additional expense delivered. The machine design stipulates readjustment under any bottle by capacity from 0,33l up to 1l (glass) and PET 1,5l. Under the separate order readjustment practically on any bottle in capacity from 0,25 up to 2l (glass and PET) is possible.
