- Procuring production: foundry production (pig-iron, steel, aluminium, bronze, including on sucelted models), blanking and forming (initial processing of metal, manufacturing of preparations, plasma cutting, punching, forging metal), welding (welding of designs) with application manual, electroarc, semi-automatic in medium of a carbon dioxide, argon-arc weldings, electroplating.

- Mechanoprocessing production: mechanoprocessing with application of the universal equipment, machine tools of automatic devices and semiautomatic devices, and also unique metal-cutting machine tools, machine tools from the numerical control, êîîðäèíàòíî-boring, etc. In mechanoprocessing there are repartitions: turning processing, milling, gear cutting, broach, coordinate boring, drilling, cutting a groove, heat treatment of details, etc.

- Assembly production: assembly works, tests, painting, packing of finish products and spare parts, realization of starting-up and adjustment works, guarantee and after guarantee service of the equipment of production "Melitopolprodmash".

- Experimental production: production and test of pre-production models of new kinds of production, including in the contents a development shop and Joint-Stock Company " Crinica-PET ". In the latter tests and completion of new kinds of production in conditions of the acting production of beverages and to their packing in glass and plastic bottles are made.

For maintenance of normal functioning the basic production at the enterprise there are auxiliary divisions:

- Power and mechanic repair with a site on manufacturing the non-standard equipment;
- Tool;
- Transport-storehouse a facilities;
- Communications (the boiler-house working on natural gas, two artesian chinks, pumping, compressor stations, access tracks.

The general area of the enterprise 32 hectare, including the basic production - 18.8 hectare and auxiliary - 7.00 hectare.
Number of staff - 1307 person.

Controls " Melitopolprodmash " are:
- General meeting shareholders;
- The supervisory council;
- Board of joint-stock company;
- A revision committee.

The supreme body management "Melitopolprodmash" is General meeting shareholders which gathers Board of company not less often than an once annually.

Executing agency of Company which carries out a management of his current activity is the Board. The quantitative contents of Board is determined by the Charter of Company in quantity 12 person for the period of 4 years. Board meetings are carried out not less often than 2 times a month.

The supervisory council is selected for the period of 4 years in contents 5 person.

The revision committee is selected for the period of 4 years in contents 3 person.
